HMLV Rebat Program FAQ

The HMLV rebate program rewards customers with a cash rebate based on their purchases. To qualify for the rebate, you must:

  1. Make eligible purchases using the affiliate coupon code at checkout.
  2. Fill out the form via this link to receive the rebate.

Everyone who makes eligible purchases using the advocates' coupon code at checkout can participate in the rebate program. Just make sure to fill out the required form to receive your rebate.

Rebates are processed and issued on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the rebate will be processed on the next business day.

All bank account information is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (e.g., AES-256) during storage and transmission. This ensures that even if unauthorized access occurs, the data is unreadable.
